PROOF OF ATTENDANCE IS REQUIRED WITH SUBMISSION. 

If a member is applying for Mandatory Continuing Education credits (MCE) and the event has not been assessed by the CBCPO, it is the responsibility of the member to provide the Education Chair with the course outline, lecture synopsis or description of the event to determine the number of MCEs to be awarded prior to attending the activity. Without appropriate documentation prior to the activity, MCEs will not be awarded.

  

Each member must report mandatory continuing education credits yearly.
